licensing coordination, visa processing support, Emirates ID coordination, and corporate banking guidance.

We act as an intermediary and facilitator with relevant authorities and third-party providers.

We do not:

• Guarantee approvals, licenses, visas, or bank accounts
• Act as a bank, government authority, or legal firm
• Provide legal, tax, or financial advice unless explicitly agreed in writing

3. No Guarantees

All approvals (including licenses, visas, Emirates ID, and bank accounts) are subject to the discretion
of the relevant authorities and institutions.

Obtimize cannot and does not guarantee:

• Approval timelines
• Successful bank account opening
• Visa or license approval

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit required documents on time
• Comply with UAE laws and regulations

Delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Obtimize.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees cover professional support and coordination only, unless stated otherwise.

Government fees, third-party charges, and authority fees are not included unless explicitly specified in writing.

All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Banking Support Disclaimer

Obtimize provides guidance and support related to corporate bank account applications.
Final approval decisions are made solely by banks.

We are not responsible for bank rejections or additional requirements imposed by banks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obtimize shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
• Delays caused by authorities, banks, or third parties

Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, and design, is the property of Obtimize
and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We handle client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
